Role

Innovify is looking for smart and passionate Database Developer, who will be working with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver new features and adopt the best practices of Test-Driven Development to guarantee robustness and stability of the code produced.

Responsibilities

Overall responsible for the Implementation of the Tasks allocated
Identify ways to implement requirements and select the approach that is best suited for the project. Consult with L3 as required
Provide detailed estimates before the start of the tasks.
Create Technical documents as required for the project in Jira, Confluence or other tools
Proactively communicate with other members of the team
Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organisation culture & performance

Key Skills

Strong proficiency in Mysql, Mongodb, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Jenkins, Tableau, Snowflake
Expert knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Jenkins, Tableau, Snowflake
Knowledge of extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets, using Elastic search Indices, Elastic search APIs, Kibana Dashboards, Log stash
Experience of query DSL, Index, Mappings and Shared allocation and segments
Experience in creating dashboards, reports alerts using Kibana or other available Elastic stack plugins
Proficient in Building and optimizing big data pipelines
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git/SVN/SourceSafe)
Ability to designing & Data Modeling, Bulk Document Indexing & Search APIs in Elastic Search
Experience in Maintaining and enhance Elastic Stake (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Education & Experience

3-5 years as a Database Developer or similar roles
Database logical and physical design, BI design, data source analysis, overall data management
Expertise in different O/S such as windows, linux, unix, solaris
Familiar with Business Intelligence tools
Engineering Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Should have experience in client communication

Good Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work
